We ship internationally via DHL Express for a quick and reliable delivery.

Once placed, the order will be sent out on the same day or on the following working day at the latest.

Delays could happen due to: Public holidays, natural disasters, war...

An item can only be replaced in the rare case of production defect. (with valid proof)

Please carefully read the product description before making a purchase.

Once an item from the Limited Series is sold, its picture will be removed from the website. Another combination will be made and posted.

All Product colors that appear on our website are displayed as accurately as possible.

Due to monitor discrepancies we cannot guarantee that your display of color will be accurate

The same color can vary from picture to picture due to lighting conditions and other factors.

We recommend you check multiple pictures on the website and on social media for a better assessment.

You can also arrange to pass by the workshop, check out color options and learn about the craft.
